My Name is RACHEL CORRIE
*Produced as Jacaranda Collective with Sam Bianchini, Halie Smith, Bailey Savage, and Kade Cox
MARCH 2019
The first production by the Collective, produced with love. My Name is Rachel Corrie boldly posed the question: what do we owe the rest of humanity? When a young writer’s growing knowledge of world events leads her to nonviolent activism and human rights observation in the Gaza strip, she witnesses first hand the personal experiences of the people behind the news headlines.
The bold and highly moving debut production firmly placed the Collective on the map as audacious and visionary storytellers in the theatre scene.
